Refund Information

REFUND PROCEDURES

Receipts are required for all returns and all items must be in original purchase condition to receive a refund. Used or opened access codes are not refundable. Packaged textbook sets will require all parts to be considered for a refund. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price if the college cancels the class and you meet the refund requirements. The bookstore has the right to refuse any item for refund.

TEXTBOOKS

Fall, Winter, & Spring Quarter

• Returned the first week of the quarter: 100% of purchase price if in original condition. If not in original condition, used value will be refunded which is approximately 80% of the new price.
• Returned the second week of the quarter: 80% of purchase price will be refunded. 100% if accompanied by proof that class has been dropped and in original purchase condition.
• Returned the third week of the quarter: 60% of the purchase price will be refunded. 100% if accompanied by proof that class has been dropped and in original purchase condition.

Summer Quarter

Summer quarter refunds are based on the length of the class. Classes that last more than 5 weeks will have two weeks from the beginning of the class to return their books. Classes that last 5 weeks or less will have one week to return their books. Classes that last less than a week will need to return their books before the class starts.

SUPPLIES & SUNDRIES

• Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase date. Must be unused and in original unopened package.
